Why fixed-price packages instead of per-lead pricing?
Per-lead pricing commoditizes the service. It tells the market the product is either low-quality or desperate, and it removes any relationship beyond the transaction. Fixed-package B2B lead generation pricing lets us scope properly and stand behind the work — not race to the cheapest cost-per-record.
What payment terms do you offer? Can I pay in USD?
Domestic clients (India): 50% on project start, 50% on delivery. Net 15 from invoice. International clients: 50/50 split, Net 30 from invoice, USD invoicing via Wise. Scale subscription: monthly billing on the 1st, net 15 domestic / net 30 international. We accept bank transfer, Razorpay (domestic), and Wise (international). No credit card surcharges. Do you offer volume discounts or annual commitments?
The Pilot and Growth tiers in our B2B lead generation pricing are flat. Scale already represents the per-lead volume discount — at ₹60K/month for 1,000 leads, you’re paying ₹60 per lead versus ₹46.67 in the Pilot. Annual prepayment on a Scale subscription gets a discount.
What if I need volume between Growth (2,500) and Scale (1,000/month)?
That’s the most common ask, and the cleanest answer is usually: do a Growth project to validate the ICP at 2,500-lead scale, then immediately roll into Scale subscription for ongoing volume. If you genuinely need a one-time 5,000 or 10,000-lead project, we’ll scope it custom — but most teams find that the Growth-then-Scale path delivers better quality because the analyst learns your ICP on the Growth project before the Scale subscription starts.
What’s your refund or guarantee policy if the data quality is poor?
Every project comes with a 30-day bounce replacement guarantee — any contact that bounces within 30 days is replaced within 48 hours at no charge. Beyond that: if your campaign bounce rate exceeds 8% on a Pilot or Growth delivery, we replace the affected records and refresh the source data at no charge. Scale subscriptions have a monthly health check — if a month’s delivery underperforms, that month is credited against the next. We don’t issue cash refunds, but we’ll keep working until the data hits the standard.
