Why We Exist
A simple reason: the data industry stopped doing the work.
For two decades, the B2B data industry has quietly transformed itself from a service into a software subscription. Credits replaced research. Exports replaced verification. Automation replaced judgment. The output: lists with 27% bounce rates, contacts who left their companies a year ago, and accounts that no one bothered to look at twice — the problem every B2B lead generation team faces today.
We started Qualified Deals to do B2B lead generation the older way — the way good consulting has always been done. A senior analyst takes a brief. They map the territory by hand, cross-reference twenty-plus sources, and verify every contact themselves. They tell you what the data actually says — even when it contradicts the hypothesis you came in with. And they stand behind the file when it ships.
We’re small by design. Senior-led work doesn’t scale through headcount — it scales through process, through judgment, and through saying no to the projects that aren’t a fit. We’d rather be the right partner for fewer firms than the wrong partner for many.

How We Work

Most agencies have values displayed prominently on a wall. We have rules we apply on every engagement. These are the ones we won’t bend on — because the moment you start bending them, you’ve stopped being the thing the client hired.

Findings before opinions.
We tell you what the data says, even when it contradicts the hypothesis you came in with. The honest answer in week 2 is far cheaper than a wasted quarter on the wrong ICP. We’d rather lose the project than pretend the territory looks viable when it doesn’t.

Human verification, or none at all.
Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website. We don’t ship SMTP-only lists with the verification box ticked and call it the same thing. If a record can’t be verified, it’s flagged for removal — never quietly included.

Senior analysts on the work.
The analyst who joins your Project Brief is the analyst who runs your delivery. No junior bait-and-switch. If we can’t staff your project with someone senior, we won’t take it. This is the single biggest reason we stay small.
