Lead generation

Sales-ready B2B lead generation built around your ICP. Marketing-Qualified Companies and decision-maker contacts, segmented, prioritised and human-verified before delivery.

From ₹35,000 · 5–7 days · 5 fields per record

What you get

The deliverable, stated as fields.

Not benefits — columns. This is what arrives in the workbook, on every row.

  • Company name, domain, employee band, HQ country and sector
  • Contact name, exact job title and LinkedIn URL
  • Verified work email, and direct line where available
  • The date the LinkedIn cross-check was completed
  • Verification status: Verified, Pending or Bounced

The method

Ten steps. The same ten on a Pilot and on a Scale subscription.

  1. 01

    Market focus

Geography is locked first — US, UK, EU, GCC or named cities. Geography defines compliance, time zones and outreach windows.

  2. 02

    Industry segmentation

Tight focus on SaaS, IT services, system integrators and tech consultancies — the verticals the analyst team knows.

  3. 03

    Company selection

Revenue, headcount and funding-stage benchmarks set per project. Typical band: 50–500 employees, Series B+ for SaaS, $50M–$500M for services firms.

  4. 04

    Persona mapping

Decision-makers mapped by role and seniority, with buying-committee depth agreed before sourcing rather than after.

  5. 05

    Source triangulation

Every contact pulled from at least two of twenty-plus platforms. Single-source data is a red flag, not a shortcut.

  6. 06

    Human verification

Each record cross-checked by a person against the current LinkedIn profile and the live company website. Job changes inside 90 days are flagged. Records that fail are removed before delivery.

  7. 07

    Strategic depth

Where relevant we add adjacent intelligence — hiring signals, recent funding, tech-stack indicators, India R&D leadership for US firms with offshore teams.

  8. 08

    Enrichment

Name, title, company, verified email, LinkedIn URL, direct phone where available, location and seniority level.

  9. 09

    Compliance check

Records are sourced from public business directories, company websites and licensed platforms under their terms. Lawful basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), with equivalents under CCPA and UAE PDPL. Sources are auditable on request.

  10. 10

    Delivery and guarantee

CRM-ready XLSX or CSV, segmented by your ICP tags, with the 7-day bounce replacement attached.

How we verify

Four stages. A person at every one.

Stage What happens Artifact produced
01 Brief A 30-minute Project Brief call with a senior analyst — not an SDR — to scope the ICP, territory, titles, volume and timeline. Ten fields, all required before research begins. If the brief shows we are not a fit, we say so before any work starts. The signed research brief
02 Source Analysts map the territory across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — triangulated rather than exported. Accounts outside the brief are dropped here. The raw master source sheet
03 Verify Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website: current role confirmed, employer matched, email format validated. The date of that check is recorded on the row. SMTP-only verification is the floor, not the ceiling. The LinkedIn cross-check log
04 QA and deliver A 10% spot-check by a second person, with zero QA failures permitted — anything that fails goes back to the analyst. Records that cannot be confirmed are removed, not shipped as Pending. Then a CRM-ready XLSX and CSV with a count summary. The QA spot-check sheet

The check that matters is the one that happens last. A title pulled in the morning can be wrong by the afternoon, so we confirm the person is still in the role on the day the file goes out, and put that date on the row.

What you receive

One workbook, four sheets, and a CSV that imports cleanly.

Delivered as QD_[Client]_[Package]_[YYYYMMDD].xlsx with a matching UTF-8 CSV for direct CRM import. Phone columns are formatted as text, so long numbers do not arrive as scientific notation.

1 · Read Me

Client, package, ICP summary, delivery date, record counts, the verification method, and the guarantee stated verbatim.

2 · Verified Leads

One row per person. Company, contact, exact title, LinkedIn URL, verified email, confirmation date, status.

3 · Companies

One row per company. Domain, employee band, HQ country, sector, and the accounts we excluded.

4 · Method

Sources used, the verification steps applied, the exclusions, and the QA sample size.

What buyers ask first

Three trade-offs we do not make.

We need volume.

Verified, not voluminous

A list of 5,000 with a quarter of them wrong costs more than 750 that are right — in domain reputation, in rep hours, and in the meetings that never happen. We size the list to what can be verified, and we say the number before you buy.

What does it cost per month?

Fixed price, no retainer

Nothing per month. Each project is quoted whole, before it starts, and that is what you pay. No seat licences, no credits to forecast, no minimum spend, and nothing that renews unless you ask it to.

Five to seven days is slow.

The turnaround is the feature

A list you can buy in ninety seconds is a list nobody checked. The days are people reading company sites and profiles, and dating what they confirmed. That is the part you are buying.

Who this is built for

Three kinds of IT company, three different briefs.

B2B SaaS product companies
Selling a product into a defined buyer. Usually needs titles by function, not by seniority alone.
IT services and outsourcing
Selling capacity and delivery. Usually needs the buying centre, not just the head of it.
System integrators and consultancies
Selling programmes. Usually needs the sponsor and the technical evaluator on the same account.

Data and compliance

The answers procurement asks for.

GDPR alignment

Business contact data, legitimate-interest basis, and a removal route that works on request.

CAN-SPAM / CASL

What we deliver, and the sending obligations that stay yours as the sender.

DPA on request

A signed data processing addendum for any engagement where we handle records you hold.

Source transparency

Every delivery ships a Method sheet naming the sources used and the exclusions applied.

90-day retention

Research working files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to hold them.

Human verification

A person cross-checks each record against LinkedIn and the company website, and dates it.

FAQ

Questions we are asked before the first call.

What is the difference between an MQL and a Marketing-Qualified Company?

An MQL is one person who showed interest. A Marketing-Qualified Company is an account that matches your ICP on firmographics, whether or not anyone there has raised a hand. We deliver the second, with the decision-makers mapped inside it, because an account list survives a job change and a single contact does not.

What gets excluded from the file?

Generic inboxes, contacts whose current employer we could not confirm, titles that no longer exist, and anything outside the employee band, sector or geography in your brief. The Method sheet in your workbook names how many were removed and why.

How long does a lead generation project take?

A Pilot is 5–7 days from a confirmed brief. Growth is 10–14 days. Scale delivers weekly batches. The clock starts at brief confirmation, not at enquiry.

Do you send the outreach as well?

No. We build and verify the list and hand it off CRM-ready. We do not write sequences, send email or manage campaigns on your behalf. That boundary is deliberate: the firms that do both tend to be judged on volume, and volume is what breaks a verification standard.

Where do the records come from?

Analysts triangulate across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — then verify by hand. No record rests on a single source, and you are not paying for those subscriptions separately.

Who actually does the work on a lead generation project?

The senior analyst who joins your Project Brief runs the delivery — not an SDR, and not a handover to someone you never spoke to. A second analyst then spot-checks 10% of the file before it ships, with zero QA failures permitted. The team is five people and named on the About page.
