How we hire
Three rules, applied to every role.

Every role publishes its targets.
If a job carries a number, the number is on the page. You should not have to reach an offer to find out what you are being measured against.

You meet the person you would report to.
The firm is five people. There is no screening layer between you and the person who decides.

We say what the work actually is.
The responsibilities on a role page are the responsibilities. We do not soften a quota-carrying job into a coordination job to fill it faster.
