What Happens in the 30 Minutes

A structured conversation, not a discovery interrogation.

We’ve run hundreds of these calls. The structure is consistent because it works — 30 minutes is enough time to scope the right package if both parties come prepared. Here’s how the call flows.

MINUTES 1–5

We listen.

You tell us the situation. What you’re selling, who you’re selling to, what geography, what’s working, what’s broken. We don’t interrupt with feature pitches — these five minutes are about understanding your reality before we recommend anything.

MINUTES 5–15

We pressure-test.

We ask the questions that surface what your ICP actually looks like — funding stage, employee count, geography, tech stack, hiring signals, buying committee structure. If the ICP is too vague, too broad, or doesn’t have enough total addressable companies, we’ll tell you in this window. Better now than after a Pilot.

MINUTES 15–25

We recommend.

Based on what you’ve told us, we recommend the right package — Pilot, Growth, Scale, or an add-on. If your situation calls for Market Research before Lead Gen, we’ll say so. If your CRM should be cleaned first, we’ll say that too. And if QD isn’t the right fit at all, we’ll tell you and point you to someone who is.

MINUTES 25–30

Next steps.

If you want to proceed, we agree the scope, timeline, and start date. You get a written scope summary and an invoice. If you want to think about it, we send the same scope summary by email — no follow-up sequence, no nurture campaign, no LinkedIn connection requests. The next move is yours.

Five minutes of prep makes the call 10x more useful.

You don’t need a deck. You don’t need an agenda. You just need rough answers to these six questions — even “I don’t know yet” is a useful answer, because that’s exactly what we’re here to help you figure out.

US, UK, EU, GCC, India, or somewhere else? Specific cities or regions if relevant.

Your ICP in one sentence

e.g. “Series B SaaS companies hiring AI engineers” or “Enterprise CIOs in BFSI on the US East Coast.” Rough is fine — we’ll sharpen it together.

Your rough monthly volume

How many leads do you need per month? A range is fine — “200 to 500” tells us a lot.
