Comparison · QD vs Seamless.ai

Seamless.ai quotes an annual credit package. We publish a price and deliver once.

Their paid tiers are a year of credits, priced per user and quoted on a call. Ours is one project at a published price with nothing to renew. This page credits what they do well — searching in real time, refunding a credit automatically when an email is invalid — and asks what a refunded credit gets back. Every figure carries a source and a date.

The difference

A year of credits, and one project.

What it is A real-time search engine for B2B contacts, in their words — they search when you ask rather than serving a stored record. A Chrome extension, a prospector, enrichment and outreach sit around it. seamless.ai · checked 30 Aug 2026 A research project. You brief a senior analyst once, and a finished file comes back. Pilot scope · 2026
What you commit to An annual credit package, priced per user. Their FAQ puts the Pro entry point at 10,000 annual credits, one credit covering a phone number and an email. seamless.ai/pricing · checked 30 Aug 2026 One project. 750 verified leads across 250 companies, scoped to the brief in front of you, with nothing to renew. What it costs to find out A conversation. Both paid tiers read “Contact sales” — no rate is published for Pro or Enterprise. seamless.ai/pricing · checked 30 Aug 2026 Nothing. Every package price is published at /pricing, in four currencies, before you speak to anyone. Pilot scope · 2026
What gets checked The search runs in real time against their sources. No human review step is described on their published pages. seamless.ai · checked 30 Aug 2026 Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website — current role confirmed, employer matched — and the date of that check is recorded on the row. Delivery SOP stages 1–5 · 2026
What the remedy is Credit Back Protection: “If an email is invalid, we automatically refund your credit”, with credits returned instantly and no paperwork. The remedy is the credit. seamless.ai · checked 30 Aug 2026 Replacement, not refund. Above an 8% hard-bounce rate inside seven days we replace every bounced record, re-verified, within 5 working days. Stated guarantee · 2026
When the remedy fires After a returned email turns out to be invalid — the record has already been delivered into your workflow by then. seamless.ai · checked 30 Aug 2026 Before delivery for the check, after it for the guarantee: a person confirms each record before the file is sent, and the bounce clause covers what still gets through. Delivery SOP stages 1–5 · 2026

Two things on their side of this table are genuinely good and worth saying plainly. Searching at the moment you ask is a real advantage over a stored database that decayed since it was built. And refunding a credit automatically, with no paperwork, is a better remedy than most vendors offer. What neither settles is the record that comes back looking fine: an address that resolves, for a person who changed jobs in March. Nothing invalidates it, so nothing is refunded, and it sits in your file until a reply never comes.

Every Seamless.ai figure and phrase above is theirs, read from their own published pages and quoted as they word it. We have not tested Seamless.ai and publish no measurement of its data. No accuracy percentage for them appears anywhere on this page — they publish none, and we found no independent test we could name and date.

How we verify

Brief, Source, Verify, QA and deliver.

Stage What happens Artifact produced
01 Brief A 30-minute Project Brief call with a senior analyst — not an SDR — to scope the ICP, territory, titles, volume and timeline. Ten fields, all required before research begins. If the brief shows we are not a fit, we say so before any work starts. The signed research brief
02 Source Analysts map the territory across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — triangulated rather than exported. Accounts outside the brief are dropped here. The raw master source sheet
03 Verify Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website: current role confirmed, employer matched, email format validated. The date of that check is recorded on the row. SMTP-only verification is the floor, not the ceiling. The LinkedIn cross-check log
04 QA and deliver A 10% spot-check by a second person, with zero QA failures permitted — anything that fails goes back to the analyst. Records that cannot be confirmed are removed, not shipped as Pending. Then a CRM-ready XLSX and CSV with a count summary. The QA spot-check sheet

If a plan is already running

Three things buyers say first.

Seamless.ai searches in real time. It is not a stale database.

True, and it matters

Against a stored database that decayed since it was assembled, searching at the moment you ask is a real advantage and we would not argue otherwise. It settles when the record was found. It does not settle whether the person is still in the role — their own remedy refunds a credit when an email comes back invalid, which is a different failure from one that quietly still works.

We are already paying for a Seamless.ai plan this year.

Then keep using it

Nothing here needs you to cancel anything. The difference worth knowing is the shape: their paid plans are annual credit packages, priced per user and quoted on a call, so the volume is agreed a year ahead of knowing what the year needs. A Pilot is scoped to the brief in front of you, priced in public, and finishes.

Their credit-back guarantee protects us from bad data.

It returns the credit

And it does it well — automatically, instantly, no paperwork, in their own description. What comes back is the credit rather than the outcome: by then the address has been in your file and possibly through your sender. We check every record against LinkedIn and the company website before the file leaves us, so the invalid one is removed rather than reimbursed.

We are not quoting a Seamless.ai price, because they do not publish one. Both paid tiers on their pricing page read “Contact sales”, which is a legitimate way to sell and not a criticism — it does mean the cost of a year cannot be compared here, only the shape of it. Figures circulating on third-party sites could not be traced to their own material, so none is repeated. Our own price is published and unchanged. Both rows exclude tax.

Our prices are shown in four currencies at the mid-market rates recorded for 16 August 2026, and are unchanged from the pricing page.

FAQ

What buyers ask when a plan is already running.

Is Qualified Deals a Seamless.ai alternative, or a complement to it?

Usually a complement. Seamless.ai is a platform your team operates all year — search, enrichment, outreach, a browser extension — and it searches at the moment a rep asks. We are a project: you brief us once and a finished, checked file comes back. A team can run both without either being redundant, and if you are mid-term on a plan there is nothing here that asks you to change it.

How does their Credit Back Protection differ from your bounce replacement?

In what comes back, and when. Theirs is well built: in their words, if an email is invalid they automatically refund the credit, instantly and with no paperwork. What you receive is the credit — the record itself was already delivered into your workflow, and whatever it cost in sender reputation is not refundable. Ours is a replacement rather than a refund: if your campaign records a hard-bounce rate above 8%, report it within seven days and we replace every bounced record, re-verified, within five working days. Before that, a person has already checked each contact against LinkedIn and the company website, so the aim is that the bad record never reaches your file at all.

What accuracy figure do you publish for Seamless.ai?

None, and the reason is worth stating. Seamless.ai publishes no accuracy percentage on their own site — what they publish is confidence in their data and a credit-back guarantee behind it. Figures circulating elsewhere could not be traced to a test we can name and date, and we do not print numbers about other companies that we cannot source. We publish one figure about ourselves, 92%+ deliverability, and we attach a replacement clause to it so it is checkable rather than assertable.

Is there a minimum contract term with Qualified Deals?

No. A Pilot is a one-time project: $420 or ₹35,000, 750 verified leads across 250 companies, delivered in 5–7 days from a confirmed brief, with nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Growth and Scale are monthly subscriptions with a three-month minimum, cancellable any time after it, and both prices are published at /pricing. If a Pilot does not convince you, the correct outcome is that you do not buy again, and that is the whole commitment.
