Comparison · QD vs Kaspr
Kaspr finds a contact on LinkedIn. We deliver 750, verified, for every market you sell into.
Kaspr sits in the rep’s browser and reveals a contact while they are on the profile. We build the list that exists before anyone starts looking. This page sets the two side by side, with a source and a date on every figure — and no accuracy percentage on either side, because Kaspr publishes none.

The difference
A lookup on one profile, and a finished list.
| Measure | Kaspr | Qualified Deals |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A Chrome extension that returns a contact’s details while a rep is on their LinkedIn profile, with a list builder, enrichment and an API alongside it. kaspr.io/pricing · checked 20 Aug 2026 | A research project. You brief a senior analyst once, and a finished file comes back. Pilot scope · 2026 |
| How volume works | Credit by credit, per seat. The free plan carries 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month; paid plans move B2B email to unlimited and phone credits to 100 or 200 a month. kaspr.io/pricing · checked 20 Aug 2026 | 750 verified leads across 250 companies, in one file, for a fixed fee. No seats and no credits to meter. Pilot scope · 2026 |
| Where the data is centred | Their data page is scoped to Europe throughout — “Europe is our home — and where we deliver premium data quality”, 200 million European B2B decision-makers, 120+ data providers across Europe. Their about page adds that they “provide global data, too”. kaspr.io/our-data · checked 20 Aug 2026 | We research into the United States, the Gulf, the United Kingdom and Europe. The same person-level check runs in each, because the check is a person reading rather than a regional dataset. Pilot scope · 2026 |
| What gets checked | Data is described as real-time verified across their provider network, and collected in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. No human review step is described. kaspr.io/our-data · checked 20 Aug 2026 | Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website before delivery, and the date of that check is recorded on the row. Delivery SOP stages 1–5 · 2026 |
| What you receive | Contact details revealed one profile at a time, drawn against that month’s credits. kaspr.io/pricing · checked 20 Aug 2026 | 750 verified leads as XLSX and a CSV that imports cleanly, 5–7 days from a confirmed brief. Pilot scope · 2026 |
| Bounce policy | None stated on Kaspr’s published pricing or data pages. kaspr.io/pricing · checked 20 Aug 2026 | Seven-day bounce replacement. Report above 8% inside the window and every bounced record is replaced, re-verified, within 5 working days. Stated guarantee · 2026 |
These are not substitutes. Kaspr answers the question a rep has while looking at one profile, and it answers it in a second. We build the list that exists before anyone opens LinkedIn. A team can run both without either being redundant.
Every Kaspr figure above is theirs, published on their own pages and quoted as they word it. We have not tested Kaspr’s data and publish no measurement of it — neither side carries an accuracy percentage on this page, because Kaspr publishes none.
How we verify
Brief, Source, Verify, QA and deliver.
| Stage | What happens | Artifact produced |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Brief | A 30-minute Project Brief call with a senior analyst — not an SDR — to scope the ICP, territory, titles, volume and timeline. Ten fields, all required before research begins. If the brief shows we are not a fit, we say so before any work starts. | The signed research brief |
| 02 Source | Analysts map the territory across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — triangulated rather than exported. Accounts outside the brief are dropped here. | The raw master source sheet |
| 03 Verify | Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website: current role confirmed, employer matched, email format validated. The date of that check is recorded on the row. SMTP-only verification is the floor, not the ceiling. | The LinkedIn cross-check log |
| 04 QA and deliver | A 10% spot-check by a second person, with zero QA failures permitted — anything that fails goes back to the analyst. Records that cannot be confirmed are removed, not shipped as Pending. Then a CRM-ready XLSX and CSV with a count summary. | The QA spot-check sheet |
What you receive
One workbook, four sheets, and a CSV that imports cleanly.
Delivered as QD_[Client]_[Package]_[YYYYMMDD].xlsx with a matching UTF-8 CSV for direct CRM import. Phone columns are formatted as text, so long numbers do not arrive as scientific notation.

If your reps already use Kaspr
Three things buyers say first.
We already use Kaspr for LinkedIn lookups.
Then keep it
We buy from European providers ourselves — Cognism, which owns Kaspr, is one of them. The difference is not the lookup, it is what happens after it: every record we deliver is read by a person against LinkedIn and the company website before it leaves our hands, and the date of that check travels with the row.
Kaspr is a Cognism company now.
It ran the other way
Cognism’s own announcement describes the 2022 acquisition as giving Cognism an additional data source, not the reverse, and Kaspr’s data page credits 120+ European providers rather than its parent. Either way, ownership does not change what a lookup is. Nobody has yet confirmed the person still holds the job.
The free plan covers what we need.
For lookups, it might
Fifteen B2B email credits, five phone credits and five direct email credits a month is a real allowance for occasional checks, and we would not talk anyone out of it. A campaign list is a different order of thing: the Pilot is 750 contacts, already verified, in one file, rather than 750 profiles someone has to open.
Cost
A seat you keep paying for, against a project you finish.
Kaspr’s figures are their published card, read on 20 August 2026, at the annual-billed rate their toggle labels “Annually 25% off”. They publish dollars, pounds and euros themselves, so those three are their own numbers rather than our conversions. The annual range covers Starter billed annually at the low end and Business billed monthly at the high end, per user; Enterprise is quoted rather than published. Both rows exclude tax.
The rupee figure is converted from their published dollar price at the mid-market rate recorded for 16 August 2026. Our own prices are unchanged from the pricing page.
FAQ
What buyers ask when reps already use Kaspr.
Is Qualified Deals a Kaspr alternative, or a complement to it?
A complement. Kaspr answers a question a rep has while they are looking at one profile, and answers it in a second. We build the list that exists before anyone opens LinkedIn — 750 contacts across 250 companies, verified by a person, delivered as one file. Teams that run both use the extension for what a rep finds on their own and a project for the campaign list.
Do you use Kaspr’s data yourselves?
Cognism, which owns Kaspr, is one of the providers we buy from — that is on our Cognism comparison too. Kaspr itself sits on our extended source list and we would rather say that plainly than claim more. It changes little either way: buying a record is the first step of our process, not the last. What you are paying us for is the step after it, where a researcher opens LinkedIn and the company website and confirms the person named still holds the job, then records the date they checked.
How does Kaspr’s coverage compare to your US, Gulf and Europe scope?
Kaspr’s own data page is scoped to Europe throughout — “Europe is our home — and where we deliver premium data quality”, 200 million European B2B decision-makers, 120+ European data providers — and their about page adds that they provide global data too. We have not tested their coverage in any region and make no claim about where it is thin. What we can say is what we do: we research into the United States, the Gulf, the United Kingdom and Europe, and the check is the same in each, because it is a person reading rather than a regional dataset.
Can reps keep using the Kaspr extension alongside a Qualified Deals Pilot?
Yes, and nothing about the two conflicts. Delivery is a CRM-ready XLSX plus a UTF-8 CSV with a BOM, with field mapping agreed before delivery, so a Pilot lands in the same CRM the extension already writes into. Reps carry on revealing what they find; the campaign list arrives separately, verified.
Related comparisons
Weighing more than one of these.
- Capture, one contact at a time
- A Chrome extension for the moment a rep is on a profile, against a finished list. Includes the one thing they do better than us, said plainly.
- A finder, and a claimed rate
- They publish a higher accuracy figure than we do, and we do not dispute it. The page is about what stands behind each number — a measurement of a database, against a guarantee on your delivery.
