Comparison · QD vs Prospeo

98% on their database. We guarantee the file we hand you.

Prospeo publishes a higher accuracy figure than we do, and this page does not dispute it. It sets out what each number is instead — a provider’s measurement of its own database, against a target on your delivery with a replacement clause attached — with a source and a date on every figure.

The difference

A published rate, and a guarantee.

Measure Prospeo Qualified Deals

You give it a person or a domain and it returns an email address or a phone number, from a database they publish at 143 million verified email addresses. prospeo.io · checked 20 Aug 2026 A research project. You brief a senior analyst once, and a finished file comes back. Pilot scope · 2026

It is a claim about the records in their database. prospeo.io · checked 20 Aug 2026 We publish 92%+, and it is a target with a remedy attached rather than a rate: above an 8% hard-bounce rate on your delivery we replace every bounced record free. Their number is higher than ours and we are not disputing it. The two are different kinds of statement. A published accuracy rate describes the records a provider holds; it is measured by them, on their data, and nothing follows from it if your campaign bounces. A guarantee describes the file you were handed, and something does follow: we replace the records. Read what is attached to each figure, not only which figure is larger.

Every Prospeo figure above is theirs, published on their own site and quoted as they label it. We have not tested Prospeo and publish no measurement of it, and we print no third-party estimate of their accuracy either — we found none we would stand behind.

How we verify

Brief, Source, Verify, QA and deliver.

Stage What happens Artifact produced
01 Brief A 30-minute Project Brief call with a senior analyst — not an SDR — to scope the ICP, territory, titles, volume and timeline. Ten fields, all required before research begins. If the brief shows we are not a fit, we say so before any work starts. The signed research brief
02 Source Analysts map the territory across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — triangulated rather than exported. Accounts outside the brief are dropped here. The raw master source sheet
03 Verify Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website: current role confirmed, employer matched, email format validated. The date of that check is recorded on the row. SMTP-only verification is the floor, not the ceiling. The LinkedIn cross-check log
04 QA and deliver A 10% spot-check by a second person, with zero QA failures permitted — anything that fails goes back to the analyst. Records that cannot be confirmed are removed, not shipped as Pending. Then a CRM-ready XLSX and CSV with a count summary. The QA spot-check sheet

If a finder is already in the stack

Three things buyers say first.

Prospeo publishes 98% accuracy. That beats your 92%+.

On the number, yes

We are not going to argue with their figure, and it is higher than ours. What differs is what stands behind each one. Theirs is a measurement of their database, made by them. Ours is a commitment about your delivery: report a hard-bounce rate above 8% within seven days and every bounced record is replaced, re-verified, at no charge. A rate tells you what a provider believes; a guarantee tells you what happens when it is wrong.

A finder tool costs a fraction of what a Pilot does.

Probably — and we cannot tell you

We will not quote their price, because they do not publish one anywhere we can cite. What we can say is what a Pilot is not: it has no meter. $420 or ₹35,000, once, buys 750 contacts across 250 companies, chosen against your ICP and checked by a person. A lookup tool prices the finding. The choosing and the checking are still yours to do.

We just need emails, not a full research service.

Then a finder is the right tool

If you already know exactly which 250 companies and which three people inside each, and you only need the addresses, a finder does that faster and we would say so. The Pilot earns its fee on the parts that come before the lookup — building the target list against your ICP — and after it: confirming the person still holds the job, against LinkedIn and the company website, with the date recorded.

Invoices are raised in INR or USD. GBP and EUR figures are indicative conversions at mid-market rates as at 16 August 2026, shown for sizing — the invoiced amount is the INR or USD figure.

We are not quoting a Prospeo price, and the reason is worth stating rather than hiding. Their pricing page loads its rates from an application at request time: the four tier names are in the page, the numbers are not, and no published rate could be read from any Prospeo source on 20 August 2026. Figures circulating on third-party sites could not be traced back to their own material, so none is repeated here. Our own price is published and unchanged. Both rows exclude tax.

Our prices are shown in four currencies at the mid-market rates recorded for 16 August 2026, and are unchanged from the pricing page.

FAQ

What buyers ask when a finder is already in the stack.

Is Qualified Deals a Prospeo alternative, or a complement to it?

A complement, and which one you need depends on what you already have. Prospeo answers “what is this person’s email address” for a person you have already identified. We answer the question before it — which 250 companies, and which three people inside each — and then hand over the contacts, checked. If your target list already exists and only the addresses are missing, a finder is the faster route. If the list is the thing you do not have, there is nothing yet for a finder to find.

Prospeo publishes 98% accuracy. How does that compare with your 92%+?

Their figure is higher, it is theirs, and we are not disputing it. The comparison worth making is what each number is. Prospeo publishes 98% as data accuracy across their database, measured by them — a description of the records they hold. Our 92%+ is a deliverability target on the specific file we hand you, and it carries a remedy: if your campaign records a hard-bounce rate above 8%, send the bounce report within seven days and we replace every bounced record, re-verified, within five working days. One is a statement about a dataset. The other is a commitment about your delivery, with something that happens if it is not met.

What does Qualified Deals verify that a finder tool does not?

Three things, and none of them is finding the address. First, targeting: the 250 companies are chosen against your ICP before any contact is looked up, so the list is the right list rather than the reachable one. Second, the person: a researcher opens the LinkedIn profile and the company website and confirms the named individual still holds that role at that employer, then records the date they checked on the row. Third, QA: a second person spot-checks 10% of the file, and anything that fails goes back. A finder verifies that an address exists and can receive mail. We verify that the person behind it is still the person you wanted.

Can a Qualified Deals list be used in the same tools as Prospeo output?

Yes. Delivery is a CRM-ready XLSX plus a UTF-8 CSV with a BOM, with field mapping agreed before delivery, so a Pilot imports into the same CRM or sequencer your finder already writes into. Teams running both tend to use us for the campaign list and keep the finder for one-off lookups — a name that comes up on a call, an inbound sign-up, an account added mid-quarter.

Related comparisons

Weighing more than one of these.

A lookup on the profile
A Chrome extension that reveals a contact while a rep is on their LinkedIn page, against a finished list. Their published card in three currencies, and what their own data page is scoped to.
More lookups than we deliver records
Their allowance is bigger than our delivery and costs less, and the page says so outright. The argument is that the number of lookups was never the constraint — which companies, and whether the person is still there, are.
