Markets · India

You are in India. Your pipeline is not.

Indian SaaS firms and IT services exporters sell into the US, the UK and the Gulf, and buy their prospect data from vendors in those markets at those prices. Every engagement we have published was run from Kochi into an export market — which is the whole job, not a side of it.

Delivered work

Seven engagements, published in full.

This is a market our clients are IN, not one we research into. The engagements below are the export pipelines we built for firms like yours.

Each row is a project that shipped, named by the territory it was briefed on. A market page with nothing behind it would be a claim rather than a capability, so this table is generated from the engagements — not written.

What the brief locks here

Geography is the first field, not the last.

It is locked before titles, volume or timeline, because it decides compliance, time zones and the window your outreach can run in. These are the fields that differ in this market.

Target markets
The United States, United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East — where your buyers are, not where you are
Invoicing
₹35,000 for a Pilot, raised in INR by Gallivant Ventures LLP, with GST added at 18% on domestic invoices
Payment
Bank transfer or Razorpay for INR. No card surcharges
Working window
The analyst on your brief is in your time zone, so a question raised at 10am is answered before lunch
Cross-border
US firms with India R&D mapped on both sides, which is the mirror of what you sell

The compliance basis

Your buyer’s jurisdiction, not yours.

An Indian exporter selling into the EU or the UK gets asked, in procurement, who processes the data and where. Most vendors will not answer that. We answer with an address in Kaloor, a legal entity with an LLPIN and a GSTIN, and five named analysts — and that answer is what goes into your client’s DPA.

Lawful basis
Legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for UK and EU targets, with CCPA and UAE PDPL equivalents. Sources auditable on request.
Export of services
International invoices are raised under export-of-services rules. Domestic invoices carry GST at 18%. Both are issued by the same LLP.
No resale
Every list is built for one client and one campaign. Nothing is pooled, reused or resold across engagements — including to a competitor in your vertical.

The full position, with every policy and the date it last changed, is on the data and compliance page.

How we verify

Four stages. A person at every one.

Stage What happens Artifact produced
01 Brief A 30-minute Project Brief call with a senior analyst — not an SDR — to scope the ICP, territory, titles, volume and timeline. Ten fields, all required before research begins. If the brief shows we are not a fit, we say so before any work starts. The signed research brief
02 Source Analysts map the territory across twenty-plus sources — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Crunchbase, PitchBook and company websites — triangulated rather than exported. Accounts outside the brief are dropped here. The raw master source sheet
03 Verify Every contact is cross-checked by a person against LinkedIn and the company website: current role confirmed, employer matched, email format validated. The date of that check is recorded on the row. SMTP-only verification is the floor, not the ceiling. The LinkedIn cross-check log
04 QA and deliver A 10% spot-check by a second person, with zero QA failures permitted — anything that fails goes back to the analyst. Records that cannot be confirmed are removed, not shipped as Pending. Then a CRM-ready XLSX and CSV with a count summary. The QA spot-check sheet

What buyers ask first

Three trade-offs we do not make.

We can hire an intern for this.

You can. Then you own it

An intern building lists is an intern you have to brief, check and re-check, and the checking is the actual work. A Pilot is ₹35,000 for 750 verified leads in 5–7 days, with a 7-day bounce replacement attached. Compare that to a month of supervision.

Foreign vendors know those markets better.

They charge like it too

The research is reading company websites and current profiles in the target market, and that reading does not improve by being done from London. What changes is the price. Being in Kochi is why a Pilot is ₹35,000 and not the number the same work costs out of Austin.

Do you work with our competitors?

Never on the same list

Every engagement is built for one client, for one campaign. We do not pool, reuse or resell data across clients, and source data is deleted within ninety days of delivery unless you ask us to hold it for a hygiene refresh.

Read it the other way

The same engagements, indexed twice. If you arrived by geography, the vertical pages read them by sector.

Markets · UK and Europe

Researched, not yet published

We research and price UK and EU work, and the lawful basis is set out in full. What we have not done yet is publish a case study from either, and this page says so.

Markets · UAE and the GCC

Six states, not one region

Titles look consistent in an export and are not consistent in practice. Two published engagements across the UAE, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Industries · IT services

Delivery capacity sold to a CIO

Your buyer is a technology function inside an industry you do not work in. Three published engagements mapped that buying centre in three sectors.

Industries · B2B SaaS

Software sold to a committee

Engineering, data and product leaders evaluate the same purchase. Two published California engagements mapped all three at every account.

FAQ

What Indian exporters ask before briefing us.

Can you build pipelines into markets we have never sold into?

That is most of the published work. Where the territory is genuinely new, start with the market research brief — 100+ companies mapped, five to ten personas profiled, ten or more competitors analysed, at ₹25,000 per territory — then commission the list against what it finds.

How does GST work on this?

Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at 18% on domestic invoices. If you are an Indian entity buying from us, that is your invoice. Our own international clients are invoiced under export-of-services rules. All invoices are issued by Gallivant Ventures LLP under GSTIN 32AAZFG7923K1ZR.

Are you a lead generation agency or a data vendor?

Neither, precisely. We are a research firm: we build and verify the list and hand it over. Sequencing, cold calling and appointment setting stay with your team. We are better at our part because we only do our part.
